Each session with me is unique and intuitive — guided by what your body, mind, and energy communicate in the moment. Whether it’s massage, reiki, sound, or a combination, the intention is always to bring you back into balance and deeper connection with yourself.

Please note:

Come with an open mind and comfortable clothing.

Avoid heavy meals or alcohol before your session.

Afterward, plan some quiet time — your system may continue to release or integrate.

Drink plenty of water to support cleansing and grounding.

If you’re pregnant, have skin conditions, injuries, or health concerns, please mention this before the session.
