From a young age, I could feel what was happening in people’s bodies. When someone shared a story with me, I could sense where it lived in the body; the tension, the “stuckness”, or the energy ready to move. Helping people translate the themes of life through their body has always felt natural, and it’s the heart of the work I offer today.

I create spaces where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. My sessions, whether energetic massage, Reiki, sound healing, or cacao ceremony, are guided by deep listening, attention to what your body needs, and a desire to create harmony and ease.
